One of my favourite things about Autumn, and the short days that come with it, are the early sunsets. As a mum, it’s incredibly hard to catch a sunset during the summertime, as 10pm is usually way past C’s bedtime, but right now we manage to catch them everyday on our way back from school.
This was one of those moments, just after five, when we caught the last bit of light, just before the sun disappeared and took the light with it.
My ridiculously poser child (proooooobably the result of having a mum glued to a camera) climbed his favourite tree and stood as proud as a warrior. Or Buzz. He’d like me to say Buzz. May the early sunsets continue to take us to infinity and beyond!
